How does HBOT work?

In HBOT, you rest for approximately two hours inside a clear chamber that is filled with 100% oxygen at three-times normal air pressure. The increased pressure and high oxygen content leads to a 10- to 15-fold increase in oxygen uptake by your body’s blood and tissues. This enables maximal oxygen uptake in injured areas that otherwise may not have the sufficient levels required to stimulate the release of growth factors and stem cells that promote healing.
